Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at: straightbiznezzapparel@gmail.com.
Refund or exchange claims made (10) days after item is received will not be considered.
Measure your waist size before ordering. Do not expect a refund if you order the wrong size without measuring your correct size or without checking the size chart. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after 30 days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Charebacks and disputes
If you place an order and dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for any funds lost due to the banks decision.
