Processing Time

On hand orders ship the same day after your order has been placed. Item will be received within 2 to 5 days. 

We ship orders Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or major holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes:

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Tracking info is provided via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.


Preorder Items:

Top Preorders are made-to-order and are usually finished within 2-4 weeks. While we mention a 5–6 week window for full transparency, orders are almost always fulfilled within 4–5 weeks.


Here’s the breakdown of the preorder process:


  • Week 1–2: Materials sourced, production begins
  • Week 3–4: Manufacturing + Quality Check + Packaging + Fulfillment
  • Week 5–6: Extra buffer for rare delays (factory issues, holidays, etc.)



You’ll receive email updates at each major step.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we’ll ship them together unless stated otherwise.



International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Please note:


  • Delivery times vary by country and customs process
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or VAT imposed by their country
  • We are not liable for delays due to international customs clearance




Missing or Delayed Packages:

Once a package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.
